Band 8c, £54,998 to 67,805 per annumHours of work 37.53 month interim positionThe Unscheduled Care Division at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic Operational Site Manager to join the Divisional Management Team. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the Divisional Director, Clinical Directors and Directorate Managers taking a lead role in service planning, development and operational Management.In addition, you will support the Clinical Directors to provide leadership and direction to Directorates within your sphere of responsibility, focussing on the delivery of high quality services for patients; ensuring resources are managed efficiently and effectively. You will also be required to establish key working relationships related to Patient Flow at Nevill Hall Hospital and liaise with key external stakeholders such as the Welsh Ambulance Trust.You will have delegated responsibility and accountability for the effective and efficient delivery of key Divisional, Corporate and National targets. Achieving financial and performance targets whilst ensuring the maintenance of clinical standards will be key. You will be part of the management on-call rota.We are looking for ambitious, well motivated self-starter who has demonstrable leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
