Cornwall Council is appointing an Operator for the Geevor Tin Mine Heritage Attraction. This heritage attraction is a World Heritage ‘Key Site' which is situated in a 47 acre site on the outskirts of Pendeen, Cornwall TR19 7EW. The site has been open to the public as a mining heritage attraction since 1993.This procurement is for a Part B Service and Cornwall Council is to let a contract which will commence for an initial period of 3 years from the Commencement Date with an option to extend for additional periods, individually not less than 12 months, with a maximum extension period of 7 years in accordance with Clause 2 of the Contractual Conditions – Management Agreement.
