The Council wishes to invite expressions of interest for a tenant for the kitchen and café area at Pontardawe Arts Centre.The kitchen is equipped and the café area has dedicated seating for 24, with additional seating available in the bar area and on the external forecourt.Initial period of 6 months with an option to extend the lease on a monthly basis until the capital development work commences on a purpose built cinema attached to the main building (expected to start in Spring 2020).Rent of £500 per calendar month and the cost of the electricity used within the kitchen area (on meter). Bond of £2000 required. The tenant will receive a cost free set up time of 7 days.The Arts Centre welcomes around 60,000 visitors each year and the café has the potential to encourage further attendance for the catering facilities from passing visitors.
