Descriptions

1800 users across Operations, Repayments and CRU across all SLC locations use OPX. The workflow management system is used to provide over 120 workflows queues using skill-based routing to deliver work automatically to the appropriate directorate and individual teams based on expertise required to complete the work. This allows Assessors to process student applications as either complete, requiring more information, or transfer to another team. Information is captured on each student application status and provides a suite of Management Information used to monitor performance of work in progress and adherence to customer SLAs. This tool is also used as a workforce management tool that allows managers to monitor performance of individuals.
