Cadw Organisational Development Consultancy Framework BriefCadw is the historic environment service of the Welsh Assembly Government. We aim to protect the historic environment of Wales by working with partners and private owners. We want people to enjoy it, to learn from it, to preserve it for our descendants, and to share it with others.Cadw is seeking to set up a framework of suppliers to provide Organisational Development advice, guidance and implementation by means of workshops, development activities and facilitated events. The framework will be for a period of 2 years with a possible further extension of up to 12 months.Three main areas of work will fall under the framework:Heritage Leadership Development ProgrammeThis is a tailored programme for Cadw personnel of all grades that will unlock and develop leadership characteristics and team skills in individuals for the benefit of the individual and Cadw, enabling personal change and growth.A primary aim of the programme is to identify and develop talent that will move Cadw forward to the next level of success, sustaining its vision and its mission; ensure that learning is at the heart of development and that it has a pool of talent from which to draw future leaders and strong team players at all levels.Programme Elements are: Myers Briggs inventory, Action Learning Sets, workshops, mentoring, and facilitated networking events. Workshops are likely to be in the following areas:• the ethics of leadership;• emotional intelligence and leadership;• understanding yourself and others;• personal style and situational leadership;• the political interface or interacting in a public service context;• customer focus and mindset;• creative problem solving;…. and other topics that will be identified as the programme develops as appropriate to a highperforming, forward-looking organization.Cadwraeth Cymru Leadership Development ProgrammeThis is a tailored programme for Cadwraeth Cymru (the works branch of Cadw) personnel to unlock discover and foster leadership characteristics and team skills in individuals for the benefit of the individual and Cadw, enabling personal change and growth.Cadw Management Team and other senior team developmentIn addition, further programmes to develop the effectiveness of key senior Cadw teams may be required from time to time. This may involve coaching, group facilitation and development activities with individuals and groups to develop skills, support personal growth and team effectiveness.This contract will be available for use by other government departments and associated bodies with the prior written approval of the Authority
