Descriptions
The works shall consist of:Energy retrofit works to the school building to include minor fire compartmentation upgrade works, insulated external render system, pumped cavity wall insulation, partial internal drylining works, new insulated roof coverings, new external windows and doors and air tightness works to external wall openings, electrical upgrade works to include new lighting installation, PV panels, emergency lighting, EV charging and electrical works to new heating installations, new back up gas boiler installation, new heating and distribution pipework and radiators, new renewable heating installation, BMS system and controls, MVHR installation, all associated external trenching and ducting to facilitate new building services and alterations to existing entrance to provide a new pedestrian gate and wider vehicle entrance gate. It is anticipated the Works Programme are to be completed during 2022.The works are to be completed in a phased and sequential manner to facilitate continual school operational capacity.
