Under this specification we wish to commission the development of a training toolkit based on the principles of the UNCRC and how it applies to practitioners working in a health setting. We will be contracting a supplier to develop a training toolkit for health professionals on how children’s rights and the UNCRC can be embedded into their work. The successful supplier will need to develop the toolkit with 30 young people in total aged 14-18. 20 of which will need to be at risk of not being in education, employment or training in the future, and 10 young people aged 16-18 who are currently not in education, employment or training.
