The Out of Hours Emergency Call Handling Service will include: I.Repairs, including defects II.Care and welfare alerts via 'Assist' and 'OK Each Day' (OKED) III.Door Entry System escalations, including enabling access for guest room bookings IV.Lift failures (scheme details to be supplied) V.Fire Alarms and office alarms (scheme detailed to be supplied)
