Out of Hours Telephone Service
Descriptions
Provision of an Out of Hours emergency repairs telephone answering service for tenants of rented accommodation, leaseholders and shared ownership properties owned or managed by Trivallis.The service will be required when the Trivallis Offices are not in operation as follows:-Weekdays: - 4.30pm – 8.30 amWeekends: - (Friday 4.30 pm – Monday 8.30 am).Bank Holidays: - 24 HoursStaff Training days: - 8.30 am – 4.30 pm (allow up to 4 per annum)Christmas Closure (Christmas Eve – First working day after 1st JanuaryOther days as and when required: - to include possible evacuation of Trivallis Offices or failure of their telephone system – maximum of up to 3 working days in any single incident, subject to severity.In addition to provide the service for such events as Tennant Fun Day(s), Annual Staff Conference, Customer Services Training as and when required.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=137756.
