Facilitators are invited to provide a proposal to our requirements based on the following essential criteria. These sections of the criteria are based on a pass or fail scoring system. Anglesey County Council seeks a company / individuals to arrange and organise specifically themed events for the sub headings of Activity 3 and the Development of Coastal and Water sports Activities of Ymweld a Môn project. In order to build on the work hosted through the Ymweld â Môn project, the successful applicant is expected to arrange events which collaborate with the projects themes where possible, which are:•Walking•Cycling•CoastalThere is a requirement that at least three large innovative events are held during the project period, based on the above themes. This invitation to tender is split into three options:a)Option 1:Arrange and organise an event based on one of the above themes;This event should be an original initiative, based on a unique and exiting idea that captures the interest of local people and also visitors. The event should be an effective way of drawing new or additional visitors to the Island. It therefore should be of high quality and can be of any of the following structures i.e. a high profile challenge event, competitive, a variety of challenging activities or show casing etc.b)Option 2:Arrange and organise an event based on two of the above themes;This event should be an original initiative, based on a unique and exiting idea that captures the interest of local people and also visitors. The event should be an effective way of drawing new or additional visitors to the Island.
