Outsourcing of Wrexham County Borough Council's Tenant Participation Function

Following a recent review, Wrexham County Borough Council intends to outsource part of its tenant participation service to an external provider. We would like to invite external consultants/companies to provide an outsourced service for a period of up to two years.We are looking for a strong track record of working with tenants to ensure that they make a full contribution to service improvement through an extensive menu of involvement options. This includes greater involvement at the strategic level. We wish to work with an external partner who can bring creativity, imagination and innovation to the role.At this stage we are seeking a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) following which, a shortlist of Companies will be invited to submit a full tender.
