Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (the “Council”) has received Round 1 Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) approval for the Conservation and Development of the historic core at Margam Country Park together with supporting funding from ERDF Convergence Fund. The Council wishes to appoint a lead consultant and team (the “Consultant”) for the Overall Scheme Management, Design Consultancy and Associated Grant Funding Services for a second round Heritage Lottery Fund Application and Post Approval Contract Services for the conservation and development of the historic core at Margam Country Park, in accordance with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Works.
