A call, or calls, for competition may be made in Q1 or Q2 of 2023.This notice is to advise the market that the Central Bank intends to invite tenders from economic operators for a stable, secure and flexible managed service that supports organisational objectives, meets business demand and will enable the future needs of a dynamic and changing organisation.While the Central Bank reserves the right to change its procurement strategy, it currently anticipates that a call for competition will be made for a contract for the delivery and managed services of:1.Campus technology that delivers functionality which supports working in the Bank’s office locations.2.Hybrid working technology that delivers functionality which supports remote and hybrid working.The current technology includes network (LAN, WLAN, VPN, and associated security), videoconferencing, unified communications, enterprise telephony, audio visual and meeting room systems, print management, and mobile device management. The opportunity is to act as a managed service partner with the Bank to deliver and support the technology for the Bank’s existing and future requirements over the duration of the contract and covering the Bank’s current and future locations as well as evolving hybrid technologies.The Central Bank currently anticipates that all managed services will be required to be operated on a 24x7x365 basis and have defined service levels and outcomes using service management frameworks and standards such as ITIL V4, NIST CSF & 800-53, ISO 20000, ISO 27001/27002 or equivalents. However, its requirements are subject to change.This PIN is being published to inform the market by way of information only. It does not constitute an offer or commitment to enter into any contract.
