For the provision of owner-controlled insurance for the redevelopment of the Alexander Stadium to cover the construction and all liabilities arising from the project. The scope and specification will cover the following:• owner controlled insurance policy to be purchased to include:• property and construction all risks;• delay in start up;• public liability of all contractors and subcontractors;• property owners liability;• Terrorism.
