Descriptions
The Contract shall provide safe and secure, off-site storage and records management services, including electronic inventory management, for the intake, retrieval, full digital scanning and archiving services and destruction of records individual Client requirements will however vary in terms of what is to be stored; this will likely include paper, forms, legal documentation, evidence, photographs, microfilm, maps, computer tapes and disks, fragile and vulnerable items. They will also vary in how they want it to be stored; physically in boxes, records and open shelf, controlledatmosphere etc. There will be varying protective marking. The Client may request that the records are stored in caged or vaulted area to offer a secure access.
