Birmingham City Council is interested in assessing the market to establish the viability of developing a long-term strategic supplier for delivery of the 0-19 Health Child Programme (HCP) services required by the council This will require a provider to co-design the services with BCC, Children, Young People and Families and key partners such as the local ICS, Family Hub providers, Birmingham Parent/carer forums, Schools and Community and Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations. The scope of the 0-19 HCP services is likely to include: o Early Years 0 - 5 Health & Wellbeing Service o Health Visiting o Children Centre provision o School Health Support Service (including partnership-based SEN support) o National Child Measurement Programme o Vision Screening for reception aged school children The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this SMT exercise and suppliers must register with the system to be able to download the SMT document and provide a response.
