Descriptions
Leeds Building Services are responsible for the delivery of painting & decorating across Leeds. Leeds City Council will look to appoint up to three contractors to each of the lots outlined below.
The programme will consist of 2 lots:
Lot 1 - Orders below £10,000
Lot 2 - Orders of £10,000 and above
The contract will run for an initial three years, with an option to further extend the contract by an additional 12 months. The contract will run initially from June 2026 to June 2028. The estimated annual contract value is £250,000 per annum, with a total estimate contract value up to £1,000,000.
