Leicester City Council's (LCC) Arts and Museums Service hold a unique collection of roman mosaics and wall plasters made and used locally. These mosaics are in a variety of conditions and mountings. LCC invites tenders for the Conservation and Restoration and Storage of these Mosaics and Wall Plasters. Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a Supplier who has the necessary skill, expertise and proven experience to: •Removal of the Mosaics •Conservation and restoration of the Mosaics •Removal of four (4) large and one (1) small Wall plasters •Reinstallation of all to agreed specification Further details are located in the specification of the Tender document.
