The RTB proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a number of framework agreements involving the appointment of solicitors to persons who have been granted Legal Assistance by the Board to take proceedings under Section 124 of the 2004 Residential Tenancies Act.This competition is being advertised on a purely voluntary basis as the services are exempt from public procurement rules, as per Art. 10 of the EU directive.
