Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) are currently completing the Parc Eirias Development Centre in Colwyn Bay which includes a sports training ‘barn’ of notional 60x40m size. To increase the flexibility of this space Contractor’s Proposals are invited to provide a fabric marquee lining system to allow the sports training space to be quickly transformed by CCBC Leisure Service staff into an indoor hospitality and entertainment area suitable for weddings, dances and parties etc. The Parc Eirias Development Centre is adjacent to an existing Leisure Centre with a sports hall of 34x20m, ideally we would like the lining system be of a versatile design to suit both buildings even if this means the rigging/supporting wires will need to be installed in two locations.Delivery and installation of the lining systems are required by 7th November 2011.
