Conwy County Borough Council wish to invite Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified Organisations to tender, through an ‘Open Process’, for the delivery of parenting programmes for parents of 0-5 year olds across the County of Conwy.Expressions are sought from Organisations who can demonstrate sound experience and meet the following requirements :Provide an accessible serviceTarget and include disadvantaged groupsPartnership workingQuality of parenting programme and deliveryQuality managementThe closing date for Organisations to express an interest is: Tuesday 14th June 2011The guide price for undertaking this service is circa £40,000 and submissions over this allocation will not be accepted.Organisations will be selected against details submitted within the Invitation to Tender document criteria. Based on a cost/ quality ratio of 10% / 90% The successful organisation will be awarded a Contract, aimed to commence from August 2011 anticipated for 12 months duration, with an option to extend, depending on additional funding, being obtained.
