The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) are looking to appoint a supplier for the provision of Parking Enforcement & Operations services.r Services include:r - Civil Parking Enforcementr - Moving Traffic Enforcement, including provision of ANPR camera equipment, fixed andr mobiler - Consideration of informal appeals, and support in consideration of formal representationsr - Representing the Council at tribunalsr - Customer Service, responding to complaints, supporting in responding to corporater complaints, Elected Member and Members of Parliament enquiriesr - Operation of the off street parking estater - Parking Permit Administrationr - Bailiff and Debt Recoveryr r It is anticipated that dialogue will focus on the following topics:r - Deployment Planr - Recruitment & Retentionr - Customer Servicer - Technology & Innovationr - Fixed and Variable Costsr - Performance and Defaultr - Social Valuer - Terms and Conditionsr r The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge at www.procontract-due-north.comr r The proposed duration of the contract will be an initial term of seven (7) years with the option to extend the contract for up to a maximum of three (3) years.
