Building Condition Surveys for Respond at Parnell Estate, Ladyswell Rd, Tyrrelstown, Mulhuddart, Co. Dublin. The Parnell Estate at Ladyswell Road, Mulhuddart was constructed in 2006/2007 and many Respond tenants have been living in this emerging community since then. There are 76 houses and ground floor apartments at the Parnell Estate which Respond currently owns and occupies. There are also a further 27 properties on the estate which Respond require to have building condition surveys completed on, with the potential for another 5 to be added to this scope. These properties are a mix of ground, first and second floor apartments and duplex dwellings. Respond are seeking consultancy services of a Building Condition Surveyor to undertake building condition surveys on these 27 properties (with potentially another 5 to be added to this scope) within the Parnell Estate to assess the current condition of these buildings prior to Respond taking ownership of the title of these properties.
