WCVA acts as a fund distributor for number of external bodies providing funding through a variety of schemes to hundreds of organisations across all sectors. These funds are distributed through a variety of funding mechanisms including grants, loans and procurement. Funding awards can range in value from £50 to £400,000. This funding is secured on the basis of recipients achieving a number of outputs/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreed at or prior to funding award stage.PDS has been used by WCVA and its delivery organisations to store and access information on awards, KPIs, participant data along with a number of documents and financial details.WCVA is seeking to commission the development of a number of updates which will increase the capabilities of the current system along with addressing small changes.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=27112.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
