The University of Manchester wishes to contract for the use of appropriate skills and experience of an external organization to assist in the definition and scope of a Student Lifecycle Management Project. The principal deliverables are:a thorough appraisal of potential options for, and opportunities that might be realised from, a full Student Lifecycle Project;a full Business Case for the Student Lifecycle Project, including statement of opportunity, scope, intended approach, capital and revenue estimates, financial and non-financial benefits, resource requirements and delivery plan.Activity will include:—mapping the student lifecycle and identifying all key business processes;—identifying and gaining agreement on business processes that will form the scope of the Student Lifecycle Project;—stakeholder agreement and communications;—documenting and gaining agreement on high level requirements and use cases;—delivery phase definition;—identifying investment costs;—identifying benefits;—identifying risks and issues;—preparation of a business case.All work to be completed no later than 30.6.2016.
