South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services The Travel Survey is the organisations core piece of strategic research across South Yorkshire, covering the 4 Local Authorities and all modes of transport. This is a self-completion household postal questionnaire (with online option) undertaken in 2 waves during May and November. The results evidence and inform key business decisions, budget setting and business planning. The scope is wide reaching and captures intelligence on the perceptions, experiences and satisfaction of the public of South Yorkshire for transport operations, services, information provision and ticketing. As well as customer profiling/characteristics of infrequent/non and users of public transport and net promoter score. First carried out in November 2005, the year on year activity enables assessment of change and monitoring of impact on the customer offer and measures impact of marketing/brand campaigns.
