Caerphilly County Borough are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of a Pathways to Employment service.TUPE will apply to this contract.The Mental Health Pathways to Employment Service has been commissioned as part of a range of options within Mental Health Services, for service users to receive a high standard of needs assessment and access to an effective range of interventions to assist individuals obtain paid employment, training, education and volunteering opportunities.In summary, the Pathways to Employment Service will provide:1.Staff with expertise in undertaking vocational assessments.2.Personalised Individual Work Development Plans.3.Access to a range of work related opportunities.4.Appropriate support to service users following placement and for a period afterwards agreed with the individual service user.
