A pavement improvement scheme comprising the rehabilitation ofapproximately 0.95km of pavement on the N69 National Secondary Roadon the northern approach to Listowel Town in County Kerry.The N69 Traffic Calming and Enhanced Pedestrian Facilities presents theroad safety element of the larger PMI (Pavement & Minor Improvement)scheme which entails the provision of a two-way shared cycle-footway, 2no. controlled Zebra type pedestrian crossings, upgrade of existing Zebracrossing, buildouts for traffic calming, realignment of kerbs, reducingentry lanes on roundabout arms, realigning and widening splitter islandsand the demolition and reconstruction of boundaries for two adjoininglandowners.
