Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking consultants to prepare an options appraisal of the Pavements Shopping Centre. The centre is located in Chesterfield Town Centre and consists of a range of retail, leisure units in a covered mall setting with multi-storey car park and facilities.r r The study is intended to provide an analysis of the present use of the centre from a commercial perspective and undertake an assessment of the potential of the centre, including the surrounding public realm and how it contributes to the wider town centre.r r This contract is due to commence on the 3rd January 2023 for a 14-week period
