Staffordshire County Council is looking to select a suitable supplier to undertake a Framework agreement to cover the ongoing maintenance and monitoring requirements for Intruder Alarm systems within all establishments under the administration of Staffordshire County Council. These properties include Education, Social Services, Library, Police and Fire Authority properties.The framework shall be for the provision of all labour, material, transport, etc. for the maintenance and monitoring of Intruder Alarm systems including Alarm Panels, Batteries, Detectors, Contacts, Bells, Sirens and Communicators, etc. in Staffordshire County Council establishments as detailed in the tender schedule. Alarm monitoring shall include Intruder, Fire, Police Authority and general environmental alarm monitoring.Essentially the purpose is to ensure that all intruder alarm systems under the administration of Staffordshire County Council are maintained and monitored and operate as intended. All works to be carried out in accordance with the current British / European Standards, including BSEN 50131 and BS 8243: 2010 Codes of Practice and the requirements of Staffordshire County Councils tender specification.
