Descriptions
To appoint a company to store, transport, erect and dismantle marquees and trestle tables for Stafford Borough Councils’ Farmers Market’s in Stafford and Stone and for other events in the Borough. The Council owns 20 marquees which it uses at the farmers markets, as well as 16 trestle tables. Those marquees are 4.5m by 3m. The contractor would be required to provide additional marquees to match those owned by the Council, as well as tables. It is envisaged the total number of marquees required would not exceed 30 at any one event.
