Wave Hub Development Services Ltd, trading as Celtic Sea Power (CSP) are a 100% subsidiary of Cornwall Council with funding from the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) and the Swansea Bay City Deal (SBCD) to develop ‘The Pembrokeshire Demonstration Zone’ (PDZ).,The PDZ is part of the Pembroke Dock Marine programme whose sponsor is Pembrokeshire County Council and project delivery partners include Port of Milford Haven, ORE Catapult and Marine Energy Wales. The project has secured funding up to the end of June 2023 to develop the PDZ and inform the next stage of the development pathway. To support this, CSP will require legal professional services in a number of key areas, which comprise a mix of fixed fee and call off work in a few key areas, as set out in the ITT available at www.sell2wales.gov.wales.There are four key areas where CSP are seeking professional legal services. Some additional narrative is provided below to put the requirements into context. They are not intended to be exhaustive.- Procurement of Supplies, Works and ServicesCSP is subject to public procurement rules for all goods, services and works.
