PDZ Multi-connection Offshore Substation (MOS) Concept Design Study

The aim of the Multi-Connector Offshore Substation Concept Design Study is to provide outline project criteria to inform the design envelope. The tender is a price to complete all work packages in one commission. In responding to this ITT, proposals must provide a detailed description of the proposed approach to support CSP in the identified activities, based on experience of similar applications.We require the successful tenderer’s concept design to include the following outputs:-•An outline design envelope for consent•Cost assumptions to inform high level financial and sensitivity analysis•A detailed risk matrix (in MS Excel format and a template appended to this ITT as appendix 2) that considers time, cost, certification, and market readiness.It is intended that the concept study shall form the basis of the ITT for pre-FEED, which is envisaged to commence in Q3 2022.
