Entrance, Security Lodge (where applicable), Estate Roads, Open Space & Vacant Land.The contract shall be for a period of three years from the 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2026 with a formal review after every 12 months.Tax Clearance Codes must be produced before the Tender can be awarded.Please see attached documents for full tender specification.
