For the clearance of public sewer blockages by external suppliers. It is a peak lopping framework to be used when the capacity of our WR Network partners is exceeded. This general specification is applicable to the following types of Works awarded under this framework agreement – to be conducted at customers’ premises, the public highway and/or private land applicable to the following types of jobs awarded under this framework agreement including, blockage clearance, investigation works, Look See CCTV, one off costed jobs, clean ups and general supporting work such as providing labour for second man support, river walks, checking outfalls, letter drops to customers and supporting KIC (Keep It Clear).The supplier will be required to provide cover for peak lopping of workloads every day of the year, without exception 24 hours per day/365 days per year.
