Blaenau Gwent CBC is looking to a reputable and experienced company to implement an electronic pedestrian footfall counting solution across the following named town centres of Abertillery, Blaina, Brynmawr Ebbw Vale, and Tredegar which will provide information about town centre health and performance and assess the impact of town centre development and investments on the number of visitors to our towns. Robust metrics are needed to evidence impact, assess the health of our town centres and inform future policy development and decision making aimed at improving town centre performance.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
