Pedestrian Footfall Measurement
Descriptions
The Council has now appointed Counting Solutions Limited t/a PFM Footfall to provide a service in order to implement an electronic pedestrian footfall counting solution across the following named town centres of Bargoed, Blackwood, Caerphilly, Ystrad Mynach, Newbridge and Risca to provide information about town centre health and performance and to assess the impact of town centre development and investments on the number of visitors to our towns. The Council will run from the 06/07/2017 to 05/07/2022 with an option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months at intervals to be agreed by the Council.
