The aim of the pilot is to deliver a small-scale executive-level peer support network for the founders/leaders of businesses with high growth potential who are located and operating in the South Wales Valleys, in order to:• Equip business leaders with improved knowledge, expertise and skills to enhance leadership capabilities; gain different perspectives; optimise decision making; overcome business challenges and improve resilience to help their businesses to innovate and grow.• Assess the merit and feasibility of establishing longer term peer to peer support for high growth businesses in the South Wales Valleys and pan Wales.• Better understand the challenges and opportunities facing high growth businesses in the South Wales Valleys to inform future policy development and service delivery.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
