To research, provide information for, and produce one or more business plans for social enterprise projects to encourage locals and visitors alike to spend more time and money in Pembroke Dock.To do this in six stages (work packages):1. Identify the potential for new visitor attractions, facilities and projects in Pembroke Dock, and provide information that can be used to inform future bids for funding for projects.2. Identify what economic baseline data is already available for Pembroke Dock and what further information is needed to provide a baseline for visitor economy development projects.3. Review Pembroke Dock's existing assets, facilities and attractions as well as any competing or complementary attractions elsewhere.4. Produce a 'long-list' of ideas for developing the visitor economy in Pembroke Dock, then work with local stakeholders to help them select priority projects.5. Design and carry out market research to collect evidence to inform business plans and funding bids.6.Work with local partners to develop business plans for at least one priority project to create jobs and support the visitor economy in Pembroke Dock.Timescale: June 2018 to September 2019.For full details see Invitation To Tender - Pembroke Dock Tourism Feasibility Study in Additional Documents.
