Descriptions
The London and Quadrant Housing Trust Staff Benefits Plan is managed by a Board of Trustees.London and Quadrant Housing Trust is the principal employer (an exempt charity providing affordable housing).The trustees now wish to procure pension administration, investment advice, and actuarial support services for the pension plan (comprising both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution sections). The resultant contract will be for a potential five year period (three plus two one year extension periods).There are currently nearly 1 550 members of the scheme (almost 800 active) including 684 Defined Benefit members.
