Adult Social Care has been awarded one off Accelerated Reform fund funding to support work to improver identification and assessment of unpaid carers. As part of this project we seek to procure innovative solutions tor deliver this work. We would like to contract an online provider to undertake a targeted digital marketing campaignr and provide online prevention tools (such as online events and carer focused online content). We also want ther provider to work with local stakeholders to design and pilot 'reimaging' cares assessment. Mobilise will ber procured though Constellia as a professional service.
