The Authority is looking for an approved electrical contractor to carry out an Electrical Periodic Report on its housing stock.The report is to be carried out as detailed in the Institute of Electrical Engineers Regulations BS: 7671. The stock consists of 1-3 bedroom flats, 2-3 bedroom bungalows and 3-4 bedroom houses.Approximately 500 properties are to be tested each year.
