Bulding of permanent Renal Unit at Victoria Memorial hospital Welshpool The proposed Renal Unit development will be located at Victoria Memorial Hospital, Welshpool, Powys. The proposed building is to be in the region of 622 square metres. The new department will form an extension to the existing Hospital, linking in to existing Ward areas.The new facility is to provide accommodation and ancillary rooms to cater for a maximum of 12 stations, fully compliant with the current HBN, HTM and NHS Model Engineering Specifications and Principles, external works shall incorporate minor landscaping and an extension to the existing lower car parking facility.
