PERTH AND KINROSS STRATEGIC ENERGY PARTNERSHIP REQUEST FOR SUPPLIER INFORMATION
Descriptions
Perth & Kinross Council (PKC) is looking to establish a long-term Strategic Energy Partnership (SEP) with a private sector partner. The aim will be to develop and deliver strategic energy and low carbon projects to enable Perth & Kinross to reach net-zero by 2045 and ensure local and sustainable sources of energy for the future. This is an early-stage indication to the market to identify interested parties interested in working with the Council and its partners locally and potentially across the Tay Cities region (Angus, Dundee, Fife and Perth & Kinross) to shape a pioneering programme of innovative energy projects. We are seeking expressions of interest and information from industry in connection with the areas set out in this Request for Supplier Information (RFI) and accompanying Response Form questions (also below). The responses received will only be used for the purposes of background information, which will help inform the Council’s specifications for procurement and partnership opportunities and will not be used for selection or award purposes in any tender process.
