LUPC, acting as the Consortium, is working with the English and Welsh higher education sector procurement consortia (North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium, North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium, Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium and Higher Education Purchasing Consortium Wales) to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services at national level.
