Mullagh Community Association are seeking tenders for the Design, Supply, Installation and Certification of a proposed Playground in the parish of Mullagh, Co. Galway. This contract will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) based on the proposals submitted. The client reserves the right to review all proposals and hence, the lowest compliant tender will not be chosen automatically. In seeking tenders for this development, the client is in no way creating a financial obligation to the tendering contractors. Tendering contractors will not be remunerated for the expense which may be incurred in the making up of this tender.
