The current PNAs will need to be replaced by 1 October 2025. The following key support requirements have been identified: • An explanation of the changes that have taken place in relation to the community pharmacy framework and help in identifying the impact of these changes on service provision and the content of the PNAs • Updating the definition / legislation front sections of the PNAs • General advice and answering queries as they arise • Attending up to four virtual meetings of the steering group and assisting in the identification of needs for, or improvements or better access to, pharmaceutical services at the relevant meetings • Commenting on drafts of the PNAs • Sharing learning on how PNAs have been used by NHS England and NHS Resolution (the operating name for the NHS litigation Authority) • Assisting in responses to comments received as part of the formal consultation process • Assisting the East Riding HWB in responding to notifications of applications for inclusion in a pharmaceutical list A representative of the successful bidder organisation will attend four steering group virtual meetings during the duration of the project. This will provide opportunities to discuss progress made and milestones achieved. Any difficulties that are met can also be discussed during meetings, with mitigations/solutions agreed.
