NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England (the Commissioner) is commencing a tender for the delivery of a Pharmacy Care Home Training Programme for England.HEE, in partnership with NHS England, through the Pharmacy Integration Fund (PhIF) has a requirement to procure training/workforce development for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in care home settings. This is an initial 2-year contract with a maximum value of £4,050,000 for the 2 years. These figures include VAT. There is potential for a further extension of 2 years, following review, and efficiencies for following years will be expected. Please note payment will be related to financial years. The maximum value of the 4-year contract would be £8,100,000, this equates to £4,050,000 in the first 2 years and then another £4,050,000 in the following 2 years subject to contract extension.
