Umbrella is the provider of sexual health services in Birmingham and Solihull. Umbrella is a partnership, led by University Hospitals Birmingham (the Authority), consisting of a number of community-based organisations, charities and health service providers. In 2016, the Authority established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for community based sexual health services in pharmacies. The call-off contracts that are the subject of this contract award notice were awarded as a result of tender round 2 under the DPS.
