The contract is for the fit out, following cleaning and encapsulation contract, of Building 17 a Grade 1 listed building on a World Heritage Site. Phase 1 restoration works (OJEU reference 2014/S 115-202037) have been completed.The works comprise floor boarding, lightweight partitioning, glazed screens fire rated and non fire rated, internal door sets and ironmongery, floor finishes, lining to lift shaft, decorations, sanitary, mechanical and electrical installations, and any associated fit out works as required by the Employer.Site works — repairs to aqueduct piers, paving and signage and any associated works as required by the Employer.
